We are pleased to tell you that KHS has been granted registration for exemption under section 80G of the Income Tax Act 1961. This means that rupee donations can be put against tax (subject to various conditions). We would like to build up an Endowment Fund and to use the interest to fund projects like the Algoza Music School in Thikarda, maintenance of the cemetery, and art activities in the Art Gallery in Kota.

We are getting new receipt books printed and will now need to record the donor's name, address and telephone number. If you are donating to the endowment fund we will send you a separate letter as we need your signature. The KHS PAN will be on the receipt.
